SMS Marketing Services

We may collect your phone number if you sign up to receive our specific SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, customer service and tech support), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us. We will not share your consent with any other third parties, except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging program.

As further described below, our website uses cookies to serve a variety of purposes, including keeping track of items you put into your shopping cart and when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used, in part, to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS marketing services. 

Warranty: 

Your purchase has a 60 days warranty for any defective/missing parts. Please allow us seven business days to process the defective/missing parts to be shipped.

Any accidents, abuse, negligence, labor, and mechanic that would be needed for the warranty is NOT included. Outbound and inbound shipping are not covered if you decide to return your order. 

No return, exchange, or refund is accepted. All sales are FINAL! Minor dents and scratches are not covered under our warranty. A full refund will only be provided if our technical team confirms the product malfunctioned. Refund will be processed once the defective product is received at our warehouse in original packaging only with all the original parts.

Best Ride on cars provides a limited warranty for manufacturing defects (for the items deemed defective by our tech support team). 

Shipping:
 This item may not be shipped to P.O.Box, Federated States of Micronesia, Armed Forces Americas, Alaska, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Europe, Marshall Islands, Guam, Hawaii, Armed Forces Pacific, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana, Palau.

Payment:

If your billing and shipping address is different, we will need verification.

For verification following supporting documents are required:

• Include a photocopy of the credit card (Displaying name and last four digits of the credit card)
• Copy of any form of I.D. 

Once the documents are received, the order will be processed and shipped.
